Seems like it will be MSX/JL v. the world kind of like Germany v. the world back in the day, Germany got their arses kicked so I wish MSX good luck but my god, doesnt seem favourable when going after all the big folks around including regulators, somehow, I see a HUGE uphill battle that will perhaps take MILLIONS at law to resolve, hope I am wrong here
