I dont understand how MSX shareholders can put in complaints with NO meat such as in the past, I have personally called and emailed the BCSC to put in complaints regarding fraud at pascua with barrick, their reply every time has been such things as "well, that file is building higher and higher, however, it is not for us to touch, you must contact OSC, so I did, they tell me the same thing, but that the case lacks evidence to proceed"
SO, until MSX and or JL release official documents there is no sense wasting ones time complaining to anybody, let MSX put out the complaints with official documents from Chile, then the ball may get rolling but imo, not until that happens
