BIEL has given world wide distribution rights to another company so BIEL cannot do anything.

Now should Mary Whelan take her company public we could invest in it and she could raise the cash to start marketing Healfast properly - that could be a plan. Andy could even invest in it with even more dilutive shares.

I am sure had BIEL been successful Mary might have used her own money from selling a fraction of here BIEL shares to start marketing Healfast.

It is all swings and roundabouts (as we Brits say). Catch22 if you are more into SciFi.
