The 'docking station - CVSL' will be a welcome and progressive change for many direct sales consultants whom find it challenging to make a living, representing a single brand. I believe this to be a part of the innovation which JR brings and which Tami refers to. Crossover consultants, under one umbrella, sounds like a great way to overcome disgruntled employees and empower many more to achieve the upper tier in direct sales income brackets. IMHO
