In all fairness, I was in straight commission sales roughly 25 years ago. It's brutal, and I would tear the company apart. So with regards to the previous day, and the "disgruntled", I fully understand. I just don't like to see it in a public format(still working for them), that ticks me off...for the lack of judgment.

But let's look at these two profiles via linkedin because it's important to understand how this "CVSL" docking station will benefit those involved.

One was with several MLM's at different times...got tired...moved on(was Pampered Chef...Longabegrer..now Mary Kay. The other is currently a consultant with Mary Kay and Longaberger(at the same time).

So let's review the statement on the website(that's still being developed) :

"He is creating a “docking station,” for the direct selling sector – where individual companies can grow side by side with each other. Each company keeps its own identity, but all learn and benefit from each other. The “docking station” is CVSL."

First off..how about keeping it simple. Think of how the one that has gone from MLM to MLM...could have just been under CVSL...and could sell all three ...or try them out at a smaller kit fee(maybe free..if already in one?)..etc....etc...

The other that is a consultant with two different companies...would be a consultant with one...having two Brands to sell....

Just spitting a quick random brief...but I think you get it.

Giving one more paths to revenue..... better support....and less crap....would only be a benefit all. Think of it as one big mall(store)..and within it.....all these wonderful brands(identities) associated with very knowledgeable...dedicated....superb consultants. On the Individual companies under the umbrella....strong leadership with back office support.

It is the LVMH model..only it's direct selling......and let's be fair...direct sellers are under attack............so I'm just going to listen to Tami here.....hope her people do to:

"“I am excited to be part of this planned venture alongside John Rochon, who is such an innovative leader in direct selling,” Ms. Longaberger added. “In today’s world, the strongest companies form partnerships to become even stronger."
