There's a reason no one has proven it and that's because neither of these two characters have anything to do with Energy-1 Corporation. Our CEO is focused on building this company. The past is the past and that's all that can be dug up. It's hard to lay any blame when the company is in the BLACK.

As I said earlier everyone needs to weed through the posts on this board and decide for themselves what's relevant or not. It doesn't take a Harvard education to decide that this is Not a Scam as some on this board would have you believe.

Page 20 of the Annual Report shows Profit Per Share .0004 and we're currently trading at .0006. We should be trading in multiples of our current PPS. Eventually the market will realize this and it will climb. It's just a matter of time before additional positive events boost awareness.
