The "New Exchange" won't happen,
same as all the other wrong Predictions by the FORMER IRP Guy MoMoRaptor. The Mexican Exchange was mentioned first by Tob (i think) and it's just a SPECULATION as he pointed out in one of his post "maybe the mexican Exchange".

As you see the Story is changing by the hour.
Fact is the SEC has suspended Scam Company SRGE and it's trading on the Greys now.
