I agree with you DeltaAir61. The financials look very good to me. We now have 2 Qtr's of profitable financials post acquisition of M/L. IMO this will allow Energy-1 to negotiate more attractive secondary financing. I'd look for Energy-1 to also negotiate the current bank debt's that came along with the M/L acquisition down to a small fraction of what is shown in the financials. IMO we should see a more positive events occurring during the1st Qtr of 2013. I personally look forward to seeing the additional growth during 2013.

I would encourage all shareholders to weed through the message board and use your own judgement on what to use as a take away from any messages that may be posted. Also please don't feel intimidated by anyone. There will be posters that are considered Longs, those that will always be negative and those that have no position at all. This is a common area to exchange our discussion about EGOC so feel free to say what you wish and stay within the IHub Terms Of Service. I encourage other shareholders to come forward and request to be Moderator. It's obvious that this board could use some more support in that area.
