Are you then saying that Bandera Gold, whom you claim has the concession to mine, can mine at Cinco Minas today? Why arent they mining there right now? If the info on that site isnt ligitimate, does that mean that all of the others mining companies on there are putting out false info?
Bandera itself has a concession cert dated 2004 for Cinco Minas; do you know how long the Mexican government gives mining concessions for? I might be wrong but I think it's 6 years. I will check and post later.
