He does have one valid point though - thinking like management for a second does it make sense to do a reverse latter in the year. That is the question that should be being asked but it gets lost in the BS that comes out.

Anyone who trades OTC stocks should always be cautious of the RS since it the really the only thing a company can do against shorts.
