That's a lot of good DD regarding the CEO/IDWD. Surprised to see another "Downs" guy involved.

Honstly, I'd be too scared to start a company knowing that people like you are digging up all these juicy stuff from the past. 8-)

I'm wondering if there are any ways to keep stuff private from public records and lay low (other than not starting a company)?
