I don't think KOP is in hiding. Think about it Mark hasn't really said anything concerning the stock either. His legal counsel told him to say nothing until a decision was made. I would assume Mark has instructed KOP to say nothing as he was an advisor for restructuring the stock. So if he disappeared I would assume it was at Marks request or KOP himself washed his hands clear of the stock do to it now being on the GS and can't really accomplish any good at this time.
