Everyones situation is different and hope you stay till "you" are ready to go. Left in 2012 after 25+ and highly recommend it :^).
This is scary that they have a hand in everything when the stuff hits the fan,meaning the TSP and the retirement.Will be moving at least half(with 10% penalty) to the trading account to hopefully make the same returns or better without the TSP restrictions, in the same/similar funds.Hate taking the penalty but also can't live with the uncertainty.

Dow is chugging along,looks like next resistance is 13,900. Chart looks good,ADX following the DI+ up nicely with small smooth moves each day.
