Exactly. If this was a private company FINRA would not care how Mark ran his company. But because Mark has done shady things in the past its finally caught up with him and also unfortunately the shareholders. What I would like to know has Mark began getting the paper work ready to sell MIKP when in all probability we are denied reinstatement to the pinks in order to save time? Also where are these offers he mentioned coming from to buy MIKP. Or is he is he just talking out the side of his neck.
