Was it the timeline?
Were things proceeding too slowly?
Was there a disagreement on when or how to raise new funds...before or after drilling the first 2-3 wells?
Was it the fact that the last offering only raised 65% or so of what they wanted to raise?
Does this mean that the deeper pockets behind TN are now happier and more willing to step up again?
Are they going to dilute big time here knowing that their ownership %'s will not drop much...if at all...but the common shareholder is going to get moderately hosed?
How much more money is needed for TN to get it's full earn in....$6-7 million?
Lot's of questions...answers needed. Thoughts anyone?
