In their financials the weighted average shares stated 800 million or so. Good to see you dont have a concern with this being a shareholder. You may want to study up on that. If they file again you'll see its going to be double that. And thats common shares, fyi. So projected, based on your already agreement your ok with that, the pps will fall to about .0005 w/ 1.5 billion shares out. Of course I'm using an estimate of projected price based on the current.... Yadda yadda yadda, you know being a well informed investor I'm sure know the formula. IMO I wouldn't expect to see another finacial report in the near future. That wouldn't be good for business.
