Jimlur...did you have the same nasty feeling in your gut as I did when you heard Merrit make this statement:

"We have their commitment to begin to negotiate the rest of the issues that exist between the companies. I thought that was a good result of the litigations".

Commitment? Who honors them anymore? ERICY, Nokia? Lucent? Someone posted it wouldl be a year before we saw any further developments with Lucent on these lines...history says he is probably right...
