CHPO patent-technology press: http://markets.pe.com/pe/news/read/2967867/grupo_ibereolica_enters_agreement_for_exclusive_license_rights_to_chp%27s_solar_water_cracker_technology

A very interesting read from PR above:
Grupo Ibereolica Enters Agreement for Exclusive License Rights to CHP's Solar Water Cracker Technology.

The CHP Solar Water Cracker is a system which concentrates sunlight, increasing the heat of a furnace to the point where it "cracks" a molecule of water into hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen can be sold or run through a fuel cell to generate energy. This energy can then be sold back to the grid. Hydrogen and electricity is produced at a cost - both financial and environmental - that is substantially below that of existing technologies.
The technology is protected by multiple patents in multiple countries.

Patents can hang in there for a while....

The only thing I'm reading into the is an extreme volume disparity backed up with patents, a 2007 connection, and that's it. Remember what happened in 2008 when the roof caved in on financial markets. So, could someone bring this back to life?
Couldn't say.....

An extreme 10day volume alerts tells me one of two things.

1.) Activity warranted
2.) Market Maker [trying to get a run]

CHPO is a 'watch-list' ONLY
