I am not sure what you don't understand about calling Karen - she answers the phone for all of the companies that have a virtual office or maildrop at 3625 N. HALL STREET, SUITE 900, DALLAS, TEXAS 75219-5106.

She is NOT a employee of SRGE.

Head over to the SAEI board and read the posts after the suspension and they are identical to those here - but it is just denial and soon it will become apparent that it is all over.
