From my viewpoint, it is the only question I need to hear answered. As they have undertaken to contract with at least one testing house, they must have a very specific list of what tests are to be performed and what measurements they are paying to have conducted.

While I can anticipate that the specific values measured during such testing could be considered sensitive or proprietary, the specific measurements to be made says nothing about the product's actual performance and therefore provides no competition sensitive info for others to exploit.

I suppose a reasonably worded response in which clear reasons are given as to why the nature of the measurements cannot be revealed could also serve as a guidepost to the candor or lack thereof by the company.

But, a torrent of abuse or insults is not only bad manners, it is a clear tip-off that the folks you are asking to reply feel cornered and fear that attempting to answer you would be as revealing as not answering at all.

(And for their amazement and amusement, I indeed have invented many things, and so they can save that line of derision)

There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity.
