You want support:

1. JPM, TPG, GS Silver Lake involvement.

2. Size of deal to use all NOLS

3. Repatriation of 10 bil of Dell funds to the USA

4. To redirect Dell similar to GE to do alternate business to diversify

5. The number of articles that have been released for Dell looking to go private with (WMIH)silver
Lake, to hide the actual use of the NOLS from the public.

6. It would be the quickest way to get this done. Both JPM GS will contribute to escrow and IRS

I don't give a rat's arse if I'am right for my own ego, just doing dd. if you do not like it give me reasons or a better option. It is easier to do the dd than it is to take the abuse.
