People are worried that bringing suit against Newbauer would dash their hopes of having this stock trade again.

Once people realize that it's not going to trade again, they will consider litigation. Newbauer's job will be to wait out shareholders, and hope that he can blow sunshine up their collective rear ends, until it's too late for them to act.

I've seen it hundreds of times, but only a handful of times have I seen shareholders proactively go after their PennyStockholm Syndrome captor-- in this instance, Mark B. Newbauer.

He's already off to SBRH with more stories. A near carbon copy of the "one step at a time" bluster, that he unleashed upon MIKP shareholders.

Rinse, lather..and repeat.

Yea, waiting around isn't fun. Half-finished thoughts add to the frustrations. However, hope springs because in times like these its all we have left.
