its a real shame, but some of these so called companies are just joe, fred, and barney who sit around drinking beer and trying to come up with the next great sounding pr. They may have spent $100,000 on a shell and want to sell $1 mil worth of shares to support their drinking habit. The sad thing is there is rarely an actual business or intentions of having one, Just juicy PR's and share selling going on.
