Well the math shows you how much an initial investment can lose its value through a R/S,and at .38 it did sound cheap, just like $1.32 sounds cheap, but the next one will be no exception either. If this stock goes through a 4 to 1 split, and goes over $5 a share, it will be in the $4's in less than a month.
