If East Village Law Group really did say these things:

"1. southridge is still operational as far as they know
2. they are not aware of any pending litigation at this time
3. davies is the one taking the lead in the kinross dispute right now
4. the christmas holiday period is ending in mexico
5. any questions concerning kinross/srge should be directed to
davies as he is taking the lead in negotiations/communications
6. davies has been away a few days for family business
7. east group is assisting southridge in clearing up the past and present mess......"

then by saying things they know to be untrue, they've just talked themselves to a place on the charge sheet alongside Smid and Co.

They know better than most that no Michael Davies/Davis exists, and that Southridge has never been operational in the true sense of the word.

I can't believe that real lawyers would be so dumb, frankly.
