IF you go through the filings or news you can see that AT&T is paying $1 for each share of WAVE but then contingent on the closing of the deal and other things shareholders can get up to $.95 after merger is complete. So that is why it is $1.25 since some may think we would get more than $1.25 total for each share we hold. Anyone can correct me I am not the best investor haha $WAVE
