Thank you. But I don't understand well some things: 1) when this operation will close? What's the date? What's the last day of trading on market? 2) then if I sell stock on market is better then this operation will close becouse I gain 0.25$ more then 1 dollar that AT&T will pay? Someone say that this stock value more 2 dollars is it true? I'm confused and I believe that I don't have so much time to decide what it's better to do. Help me.
