Yes - It's good to get the VIE classification out. And an audit that looks at whether the amount added to IDLM is equal to the amount removed from the LLC should be simple. I will be holding all my shares - though as it has already been pointed out, I'm not going to have the ability to sell more than 1 million shares without registration. I know IDLM is worth a lot more than where we're trading, and as a last resort, the company could be sold for much higher than I would get trying to unload on the open market prior to registration.

I'm tired of being patient, but patience is once again required.
