Yes, no demand until they get registered -- the timing of which we have no idea about given the lack of transparency.

I do continue to believe that they have made progress -- the VIE stuff was inserted in the 12G midway through this process, so perhaps it can be pulled out fairly painlessly. And there's evidence of progress on some other fronts that I hoped they'd be announcing now. But this is certainly a screw up I won't forget.
