I think the SEC wants it to go away completely. I think labelling it a VIE was the only way to allow it to continue. If they're not allowing it to be considered a VIE, I think it means they're forcing Marcus to eliminate it and take direct ownership of his shares.

And yes, we agree that this tax shelter thing has cause A LOT of problems for us shareholders.
