This goes back to the way he was paying himself and doing the accounting back then. Remember he use to pay himself consulting fees or some chit like that and money was going back and forth between that shell company and the actual company. Then there were the payments he listed as "loans" and certain small revenues went to that LLC and then the company would write checks to the LLC for rent and blah blah blah blah blah! Bottomline, I think we all agree this "tax shelter" drama Marcus has been using has caused a clusterbomb for shareholders of the real company!
