It sounds to me like Zoeter (Idle Media, LLC) is going away. This will mean that Marcus can't use it as his personal tax shield and will have to take direct ownership of the 40M shares. It also means that the financials from Idle Media, LLC will be added to Idle Media, Inc. I could be misinterpretting. If this is true, I view it as good news. However, I view more waiting as very bad news. I'm very tired of waiting.
