NOL's as a factor, why WMIH? The entities have no common ground. What would Dell know about the banking and insurance business, and more importantly what would WMIH know about the electronics manufacturing business. Other than the connection that both JPM and Blackstone, TPC may put skin in the game I think there is a corp veil between the two companies and the only relationship is where capital infusions come from. I still don't see the connection.

I know I am not the smartest guy on this board. But seems like a bit of a stretch to think that Dell and WMIH would merge either from a financial stand point or otherwise. Am I the only one that doesn't get this?
