frustrating, but don't pull out your hair

remember they changed accountants. Plus this is in English, and has to be picked over with fine tooth comb.

I remember last year, and I was thinking the same thing. Then all of a sudden it showed up, at the last minute.

this year it's even more difficult with Sarbanes-Oxley.
