Dear Gerald, I would 1st like to thank you & your father for your efforts in trying to help solve the many medical problems the world faces. I believe very strongly in what you & your father are trying to do.

I have been a loyal shareholder for a long time. Just recently I sold my positions would like to get back in but I have 1 serious question that needs to be answered. Both you & your father talk about transparency

& building shareholder value. My problem is this. I belong to Investors Hub (IHUB) & everyday 5-8 individuals that own AMBS frequently mention your name in that you respond to their persoanl e-mails with details & facts about AMBS. I do not know if this is true or not but if it is I feel this is a violation of the SEC Rules. For a CEO to inform an individual of information is considered insider trading. I feel if any CEO including you that has something to say or deny about what is going on with their stock they have a DUTY to share that inf with ALL SHAREHOLDERS. I am hoping that you can respond back as quickly as possible since these other traders say you text them quickly.

If I do not here from you today Sunday the 13th of Jan. 2013 I am sending a complaint to the SEC tomorrow involving these practices. All I expect is a level playing field & want to be treated the same as anyone else. I expect that if these idividuals are lying that you can put out a PR stating the true facts about your private texting. Either way I wait to hear from you.
