The hype and scientific theory went as far as Rosen filing Millions of dollars claims against JPM stating Fraud, misleading and bringing down wamu was just a Rouse. Those claims were just to allow for time to see if an actual P/A would be signed or was not and mislead shareholders on many fronts in the end all he did was remove the false claims collect his money on more fraud and smile all the way to the bank by collecting 80+ million.....He just used the courtroom and the Judge and law to commit the fraud.............................
