bar come on really do you think a CEO with the creability and buissness and his family i might add,now add that all up do you really think he will get caught up in a scaming buissness and risk loosing all that maybe but i think not.come on man your a lwayer you dont go this unprepaired to court do you? that right do DD some times with companys they have a rough time especially out here with all the penny scams.im sure you know this but for those that dont start with your CEO .of he is credible and company keeps info current unlike most pennnys even though its a start up company i think your chances arnt to bad.i agree with you that there are tons of scams out there.but if they were scaming i dont beleave they would go threw the hassles of getting a new CEO and one woth great credencials to i might add. now this is all IMHO but take time email the CEO and ask him if you want i will do it i know he is real and has replyed to me befor with answears GLTA VNDB
