Shareholders don't even know what continent VNDB is on! Filings say they are headquartered in the UK but the new ceo lives in Costa Rica. Majority shareholders are in Panama. IR is in California and the business is incorporated in Nevada (like many scammy businesses). I don't recall where the auditor and lawyers are.

Most of the locations probably change from time to time.

Scammy pennies are often spread out like that. Makes civil and criminal litigation against them very difficult.
