There is alot of propaganda floating around the net these days almost like Barrick Gold Corporation has friends in low places who will put out the dribble for their benefit just to fool people that barrick has all the rights for opening and mining Pascua, however, I myself along with some others here on this very board, not including Quer and his pals, know that barrick is really against the wall right now, just because some friend of barrick gold puts out a bogus story means nothing.
The real meat and potatoes in my mind will be when the announcement comes from MSX that the JV has been completed and this is probably just a few things that must happen before that
1. Pascua Lama Protocol must be extinguished at law in Chile
2. Teseros Claims must be extinguished at law in Chile
3. Barrick Gold Corp must be invited to a Chilean Court to prove that the have the necessary rights to mine Pascua, btw, why 17 years and BILLIONS of $$$ and still no mine? WIERD OR WHAT? Go ask William Shatner that question
4. I would think that MSX and Jorge would then have clean title and show the world that and also that ABX has be filing fraudulent documents on the amarillos nord and sud which used to be teseros
5. I have not heard what was going on with the Llanos Case, I am thinking that has to be close to completion, if Llano is found guilty in Chilean Court, I would think that will open a New Can of Worms for Barrick
