They now have a private company.. same product, same clients, same debts, same revenues. Just without Shareholders. Their investment is still the same except now they own 100% of the company.

More than likely this was the plan all along. Now its up to us to file a suit and recover losses if there are any tangible items left. Fabric design, Inca name etc etc. Thats if we are entitled to any of it based on all of the paperwork Inca had filed in the past. We would need a lawyer to read through it all and determine if there is any value left to go after.
