Many thanks for your response. I appreciate your insight and the knowledge you have shared with me recently has helped me tremendously. I am new to options trading (started last year). So identifing channels, for me, the best way for me to profit. For the following two reasons:
1. Schwab identified me as a pattern day trader so increased my account limit to 25k. I called and they gave me a one time exception.
2. While channel surfing, I buy both calls and puts. Which allows me not to get to emotional about a trade. Otherwise I usually buy calls because I am optimistic by nature.
