Maam. Thanks a lot, this makes sense indeed. The reason for not releasing any positive news is pretty obvious in this case. Manipulate the low PPS to make retail sale to whoever is accumulating. Once they have enough shares to guarantee deal approval PPS will be let go up. I guess you are correct this deal wont be decided by retail votes.
