Evan very well may be in "cover his @SS mode" with the SEC being down his throat. Denial on his end would help with ensuring that anything he may have 'shared' with people on this board is all hearsay without written evidence.

Basically, he is making Gary look like a fool, much like Netjoy and others in the past. Its clear they can care less about investors or being a public company. Typical rich SNOB.
