The correct expression would be that it has been postponed, and that at this time we do not know until when.

Because no time frame for the "postponement" was given, the dividend is postponed indefinitely by your own admission.

How many events have you ever seen that were "postponed indefinitely" ever eventually occur?

Brokerages who prematurely paid a SRGE cash dividend to their clients have been rescinding/retracting them because the dividend wasn't funded due to the indefinite "postponement" which SRGE has not bothered to announce publicly. These terms/expressions are accurate for what is happening to the premature cash dividends advanced in good faith by those brokers. They are being "rescinded" or "retracted."

This dividend debacle was caused entirely by SRGE, which apparently changed its mind about issuing the dividend it had announced on 12/18/12 after the SEC suspension was imposed on 12/28/12.

The fact that SRGE has not publicly addressed the questionable status of the previously-announced dividend nor issued an official press release about the SEC suspension, which essentially accused the company of fraud, is just more evidence that the company is as complete scam.
