ORLANDO, FL - IEEE Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Asia Pacific Region today denied the existance of the award which IDS Worldwide Inc CTO Yasar Khawar claimed to have won. This is a quantum leap in sending Patrick "Clowns Downs" back in prison.
