No. The company, SFMI, can book these advantages to their heart's content and these tax provisions benefit them because of the fact that they allow a profitable entity to offset its tax problem when SFMI sells itself to them.

I've already pointed out this counter-intuitive FACT, using considerable color I might add.

Thats the reaaly cool aspect of this vastly improved tax environment. All of the "bad" stuff regarding SFMI actually serves to add to its value massively if even a single one of their efforts to find evidence of gold and/or silver in the tunnel and/or the rock piles and/or the mountain proves out even a little bit in 2103.

SFMI, by having at its disposal very advantageous tax provisions for 2013, will make itself a very attractive aquisition candidate by an entity, whether corporate or private, who needs to offset its high tax situation with losses, and this amplifies the value of SFMI.

The table is richly set for any one of many tremendous events to happen in 2013, such as....

If they go into the tunnel and find evidence of gold and/or silver....

If they begin smelting their concentrate and stockpiling the dore bars in the new vault...

If they get approval on their cyanidization circuit....

If they drill on top of the mountain this summer...

If they increase the output tonnage and improve on the precious metal content of their concentrate....

Any one of these will do the trick for SFMI.

I think the chances of them finding evidence of significant mineral value is very high, due to the numerous projects that are currently on the stove-top and reaching a rolling boil, as it were.

All SFMI need do is have success in any of these many projects and the tax advantages they can book will make them a very valuable aquiaition candidate for an entity, whether private or corporate, who is on the prowl looking to both add value via an aquisition and address a high tax problem via the self-same aquisition.
