According to the terms of the acquisition agreement with an entity called VX Partners, the following changes will take place:

VX Partners will change the current executive team with its own.
All existing assets of the former GTLL will be sold.
A stock swap transaction will take place in accordance with the acquisition agreement.
The company will retain its current name and trading symbol.
The new management assured that no dilution will occur, neither will there be any reverse stock split.
