The powers of the President are to uphold the law.

I'd say that many types of weapons already are class III.
And rightfully so!

It's not a 'right' for any citizen or collection of citizens to take law into their own hands.
That's not an option..........
The private ownership of guns aren't to be used to coerce my Government.
The protection of my police force is extremely important!

I don't want weapons sold to the public that will out perform the/my tax payed police force.

Gun owners are not the protection against Government.
