exclusive license agreement... C&S is licensed to IPRU... IPRU and C&S both work out of the same office space... work together very closely presumably as a team:

On March 1, 2012 the company entered into a liscence agreement with Cigar and Spirits Magazine and moved offices to our new California address with Cigar and Spirits. The agreement grants Innovative the right to market the products including but not limited to the sales, promotion, and advertising vehicles of the Magazine. There is no specific rent terms included in the license agreement, but verbally they have agreed to allow IPRU to use their office on an on-going basis free of additional charge.

On March 1, 2012, we moved from a shared office in Mississauga, Ontario to our publishing office in Aliso Viejo California. This space is included with our licensing agreement in place.
