Those at Barrick will probably survive because of the players involved, although there have been and other there will be more probably leaving the company for their own reasons,(lol), I would think the loss of pascua, if that happens, would probably take a good dent on their pps, look what happened to Barrick Africa, took a 1/3 loss from their unfortunate happenings there,
SO, in saying that I would think a buyout is possible once abx in canada knows they have no outs or rabbits to pull out of their hat should Chile not serve them good, remember one thing, abx is really talented in dragging on court procedings to keep the lid on things
I would thinkg that something must come from MSX sooner then later if there are rumours of an AGM on Feb 1, I have not received the paperwork on that so in my mind there is no confirmation on this AGM, but if no news before said AGM from MSX, I am thinking it will be ugly with such people as catchathief in the room who will question every comment that comes for Brent and Jorge if it looks like anything from last year, basically, Jorge took the floor to say his piece on his battle with barrick which has nothing to do with MSX nor could MSX be sued as it was his batttle in court, not MSX
Wonder what will happen next, from all the reading of the boards which means absolutely nothing things are not looking good for barrick but on the other hand, there are others stating that Jorge and Brent are in big trouble with regulators, IF that were the case, WHY has no regualtor
